You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address testing needs, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. As you design and code solutions to help our team drive efficiencies in software architecture, you’ll create metrics, implement automation and other improvements, and resolve the root cause of software defects. - 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- - Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- - Knowledge of security testing and performance testing methodologies
- - Experience in leading and mentoring a team of software developers and QA engineers
- - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
