We are seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Architect to join our Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team. The role will be responsible for driving the evolution of Siemens IT Architecture Landscape and supporting the implementation of our Siemens IT strategy and strategic programs.
- Architecture Strategy & Development: Drive the development of the overall Siemens IT landscape. Moderate the Enterprise Architecture Council and coordinate a virtual team of Architects to synchronize the target architecture development processes across Siemens.
- Architecture Governance: Improve the architecture governance along Siemens’ Business Units ITs by managing IT standards, driving decision and escalations.
- Architecture Community: Improve the maturity of Siemens Architecture. Manage the Community of Enterprise, Domain and Solution Architects.
- Architecture project management: Manage the delivery of increment of architecture work with agile project management. Collaborate with various stakeholders including IT teams, business units.
- Architecture Repository & Methodology: Evolve our Architecture Toolbox and act as an ambassador for our methodology within our architecture community, strategic projects and value centers.

- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically in application and platform architecture
- Proven record of managing an Enterprise Architecture Decision Board
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures
- Excellent understanding of current architectural principles and methods
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agile program transformation delivery methods e.g. certified Scrum Master
