Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Drive and guide the Israel Marketing Operations functions with a primary focus on the GTM process and the delivery of key marketing milestones. This role ensures alignment with EM
GTM Process Management
- Manage and align GTM Calendar/Milestones across functions for Israel, ensuring synchronization with EM MOPS AND local channels.
- Coordinate and prepare local GTM milestones, including material download and upload for Handover events. Also responsible for GTM milestones meetings set up.
- Creation management the company’s seasonal GTM timeline.
- Showroom layout coordination and managing all related processes to ensure a successful Sell-in.
Data & Tools Management
- Lead local Master Data management and ensure data integrity within all systems and applications.
- Support the creation, validation, and alignment of local line lists.
- Oversee local sample planning, tracking, and delivery in collaboration with CtC teams.
- Develop expertise in relevant IT applications, including Israel ranging tools, M-3, Nova, and RMA.
Performance Analysis
- Support CTC Lead in reporting performance metrics (e.g., Pre-Buy, Buy analysis, Playbacks etc.)
- Conduct range analysis, including metrics like Category NS, Net Margin, ASP, and GIM.
- Track efficiency KPIs such as overlap, carry overs, sample management.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate key updates from EM to local teams in a timely manner.
- Managing all offline purchase orders flow process from commercial channels to the purchasing team ensuring data validation and accuracy,

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong strategic implementation skills with high attention to details.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred), as well as different organizational levels (Global, HUB, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (focus on marketing and sales preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, product, process, or project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tools like SAP, Microstrategy, Power Bi is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
