About the Role
- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Define the overall strategy, goals and roadmap to drive Ads revenue growth.
- Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & product operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and build user-centric products with a high bar on quality..
- Collaborate with operations, product marketing, global account management teams to define the GTM strategy and drive execution. Monitor product performance, learn & iterate.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.
- - - - Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale.
- 3+ years of experience building user-centric products with a scale of 1+ million active users, that involved extensive customer research and deep collaboration with design teams.
- Demonstrated experience of independently defining objectives & key results (OKRs), building 6-12 month roadmaps and driving execution for a product charter of moderate ambiguity.
- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----
- 3+ years of relevant domain experience in AdTech, or eCommerce / Food / Grocery delivery, or building products for small & medium businesses
- Prior experience working closely with business teams and taking ownership of growth metrics
- Prior experience working with global teams and/or solving for a global customer base
- Demonstrated experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced environment like Uber
