The responsibilities of KYC ops Senior Manager will be.

Process Oversight

  • Oversight and achieve process consistency across all 6 Hubs in APAC region for consistent execution.
  • Support SMB APAC KYC operations head on various initiatives impacting process and client experience.
  • Represent different KYC committees/Local Forums where KYC process are in discussion.

Stakeholder Management

  • Lead Transformation initiatives within Bank and across Line of Business impacting KYC process in APAC region.
  • Build relationships across various verticals of KYC process and create an environment of open discussion / innovation.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance visibility of KYC teams across all the region and stakeholders.
  • Discuss and document need of local and Global management teams and accordingly establish framework to achieve desired client experience.
  • Participate and lead Initiatives outside KYC function which drives Citi work ethics and principle.

People Engagement

  • Support Regional Head on Monthly Business Reviews with Global Heads and Business Partners
  • Engage and Lead employee centric initiatives for VOE and Townhalls for Operations teams in the region.
  • Track Hiring projections and Key talent in the region.

Project Management

  • Support and track Name Screening process efficiency project within KYC operations
  • Oversight Client experience initiatives driven regionally/Globally to improve process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 15+ years’ experience in relevant domain
  • AML/KYC Certifications like ACAMS preferred.

Required

  • A proven track record with at least 8-10 years of relevant KYC/AML experience (i.e., Quality Assurance, Client Onboarding, Project Management)
  • Operation Management, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory experience

Preferred

  • Strong Operations/ Project Management experience is desirable.

Skills:

  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to work with various Stakeholders/Senior management and build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to manage team level processes and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Influence/negotiation skills, strong analytical,Project Management, time management skills, excellent attention to detail
