Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience developing and integrating semiconductor fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
Experience in conventional microfabrication techniques.
Experience performing inspection and characterization techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
5 years of experience working in semiconductor research and development and/or production environments focused on development and integration.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as JMP, Python, or SQL.
Experience with materials characterization, SPC and/or process monitoring/specifications, multilayer mask design/CAD tools, wafer level probing, and failure-analysis.
Excellent communication skills, including meticulous documentation and organization with the ability to present facts clearly and concisely to staff members at all levels and backgrounds.
