Job Summary:

As a Payment Lifecycle Manager within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's strength and resilience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily payment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and reduce operational risks.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights to improve payment operations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and external partners on payment operations performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex data and operational concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing payment systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with payment processes.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in payment operations, with a proven track record in data analysis and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects.
  • Knowledge of payment industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Experience with payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
