We are a team of Community Advocates that support and advocate for which is SAP’s most visited external website. The core responsibilities of our team include:

  • Administrate and run the SAP Community website
  • Working with the SAP Community Leaders (Champions and Mentor program)
  • Engage with all members of the Community, especially organizers of SAP Community event (e.g. SAP Inside Track)




In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the SAP Community programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with the program leads on program tasks (these can be ad hoc, due to the nature of events, moments, and demands from SAP)
  • Media development (e.g., graphics & presentations) and/or content creation (e.g., blog posts)
  • High level administration such as alignment with stakeholders, scheduling, and data collection
  • Act as a Community Advocate in SAP Community and in the ecosystem (at events, on social media etc.)

Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences – your field of study does not matter. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


What qualifies you:

  • You have talent for written communication: Summarizing extensive information in target group-oriented English texts
  • Self-driven and able to accomplish tasks in a proactive manner
  • Media development skills (i.e., graphics for social media and Community blog posts) are a bonus
  • You are fluent in Business English
  • Passionate about people and have a “community spirit”
  • You can support us for 6 months fulltime (40h / week)
