Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a player coach directly executing and owning comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with business growth goals

• Define, craft, and implement go to market strategies, bringing new products to market with creative and effective messaging and positioning

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace, industries and resonates with target audiences

• Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and effectively launch new products, solutions, and features to market

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product and marketing strategy

• Work closely with BU leads, sales and partner teams to develop use-cases and customer success stories for distribution across sales and marketing initiatives

• Develop and deliver clear, compelling product presentations and collateral for sales enablement and thought leadership

• Utilize market and customer research to gain insights, inform product marketing strategy, and drive product development feedback

• Ensure seamless communication and alignment between marketing and other cross-functional teams. Actively thrive and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

• Help accelerate the leadership of Qualcomm marketing in across internal and external relationships. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within marketing and 360 teams. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing channel marketing and sales enablement programs, tools, and processes. Strong thought leadership, influential communication skills, and a capacity to guide and direct field-facing initiatives

• Collaborates horizontally and vertically with internal stakeholders to gain buy in and alignment and solicits input regarding priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for capitalizing on industry trends across the product portfolio.

• Proven effective project management capability in a highly-matrixed, customer-centric organization

This is an office based position in San Diego, CA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience working in technology companies

• Proven track record of leading and driving GTM/product launches. Proven results focused marketing efforts driving product and solutions leadership and brand recognition

• Strong understanding of IoT and industry trends, products, and competitive landscape including emphasis on the IoT ecosystem processes and lead generation and nurturing tactics and tools

• Experience leading product marketing programs and initiatives with a proven track record and expertise in best-in-class execution and relationships

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with BU, product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams

• Ability to understand complex and technical processes and information

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

• Highly organized, resourceful and adaptable
