Description
Lead the software development organization for Enterprise Engineering capabilities for Ad Platform.Develop new capabilities to enable compliance for changing tax and regulatory requirements around the world.Proactively handle technical gap areas to improve ease of delivery. Lead integration roadmap for Sales enablement technologies.
Key Qualifications
- 10 + years experience leading software development teams
- 5 + years experience managing managers of software development teams
- Experience leading multi-year software projects in the enterprise engineering space
- Experience leading modernization programs to address technical debt and capability gaps in a production tech stack, balancing between product / revenue initiatives and tech improvement initiatives
- Experience running software development teams in high growth environments, experience with handling tradeoff between technology roadmap and product roadmap
- Experience leading a mix of FTE and contracting companies to deliver product and capability roadmap
