As part of a global team, this role requires flexibility to attend virtual meetings outside of local working hours, expected up to 6 times per month to collaborate across time zones.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Computer/Data Science, Business Analytics, process or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience in operations, with a focus on data analytics, process developing and testing, performance quality and operational excellence.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing digital transformation and IT projects.
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Ability to think creatively, identifying opportunities to measure, and improve operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
