In this role, you will…

  • ,coachand motivatean assigned team of Territory Managers
  • Provide leadershipand coaching to Territory Managersin one-on-oneand group settings
  • Supportand guide Territory Managersindeveloping sales plans andstrategiesto reach their targets
  • Ensure thatTerritory Managersaddress customers withspecific action plans
  • Provide training in product knowledge,customer segmentation and selling skills
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns when required
  • Hire high caliberTerritory Managerstokeepleadinga high-performance team
  • Balance short term operational needs with long term organizational needs of the business
  • Regularly reportsales performanceof your teamto theBusiness UnitManager
  • Collaborate with a network of business leader colleagues to develop new ideas how to bring sales forward

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Academic Background in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5-8 years salesexperience with at least 2-3 of those managing a sales team
  • Preferably experiencein the medical device or healthcareindustry
  • Natural ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
  • An advocate for digital products and workflows tohelp growingour doctors practices
  • Strong insights & business analytical skills, experience in budget managementand planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Advanced presentation,negotiationand coachingskills
  • Full, clean driving
