A Business Transformation Consultant (Intern) assigned to this position is expected to have the experience and knowledge in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Procurement Services (e.g. Supply and demand management, SCM transformation, SCM Digital transformation, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Sales & Operation’s Planning, Procurement transformation, Operating Model Design) needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and leading to high client satisfaction.What you’ll do:
This position requires the skills needed to test hypotheses and conclusions leading to the development of innovative client deliverables in a manner that supports and reinforces effective teaming within the engagement. This position is required to be client-facing, with primary requirement to discuss current state processes & communicate re-designed processes in the supply chain and operations area spanning across strategy, process, advanced analytics or optimization.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good knowledge of supply chain / procurement / operations processes in any industry
- 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in Supply Chain / Operation is preferrable
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information, and deriving strategies, cost take out opportunity identification etc.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
