As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of Siri & AIML operations by managing status reporting, operational processes, and cross-functional communications. You will:- Maintain alignment and accountability across Engineering and EPM partners by setting clear deadlines, sending reminders, and ensuring timely submission of materials.- Partner with engineering program managers to keep project tracking tools up-to-date and aligned with key deliverables.- Continuously improve workflows within internal tools, including the integration of structured data from systems to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.- Provide operational support (including templates and materials) for major planning and milestone events (e.g., executive reviews, developer conferences), in close coordination with release management and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields like Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent level of additional industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software program or project management, with a proven track record of leading and successfully shipping multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to drive critical project features involving integration across multiple teams, bringing structure to complexity and balancing competing priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Solid knowledge of software development practices, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering results across cross-functional efforts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment among diverse partners.
- Experience shipping AI/ML projects
- Experience with Atlassian tools
- Experience building or scaling internal operational processes or reporting frameworks within large organizations
