Job Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners, data scientists, fraud strategists, and other key stakeholders to clearly define and plan project deliverables and oversee the execution of the overall roadmap plan.
• Ensure project tracking and documentation is complete; ensure JIRA project statuses are updated.
• Effectively facilitate and manage meetings with a clear agenda, recap discussions and provide actionable items.
• Coordinate planning sessions with area product teams, technology, strategy partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and contribute to various area product reporting needs. Has the ability to frame messages for different audiences and "tell the story."
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project workstream leads, business stakeholders, technology, operations, peers, subject matter experts and others.
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately, drive to resolution.
• Drive project and process methodology consistency and maturity across the team.
• Influence a culture of community and inclusivity across the team and department

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in financial services
• Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under this framework.
• Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
• Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communications with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications with fast moving pieces of information
• Adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams
• Strong inter-personal skills to instill confidence and trust

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred experience with using workflow tools, SharePoint, Jira, and Tableau
• Preferred Certification for Project Management
• Experience in fraud risk a plus
• Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus
