Responsibilities:

  • Dynamically guide and resolve multi-layered client requests and escalations.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Technical Help Desk, and Fulfilment teams.
  • Employ polished verbal and written communications to constantly keep our client and sales partners informed.
  • Possess a passion and urgency to serve our clients and operate as a client advocate.
  • Demonstrate a passion for client success, have responsibility for issues and driving positive outcomes while escalating risks appropriately.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously that contain a variety of complexities and resolution periods.
  • Professionally resolve conflicts and barriers while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience
  • Leverage industry and product experience to deepen client relationships, mitigate risk and drive operational excellence throughout the servicing process
  • Be comfortable in face to face client meetings, communicate candidly, improve processes, drive for results and have responsibility for enhancing client delight.

What we are looking for:

  • Broad understanding of cash and treasury management products
  • Experience as a team lead/supervisor.
  • Prior experience gained within financial services or investment banking OR within a large AP/AR team
  • Able to demonstrate strong experience and performance in client facing roles, preferably within a similar client servicing function
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and team skills
  • Knowledge of payment formatting, liquidity structures (zero balancing and sweeping), European payrolls and direct debit processes
