Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Building complete life cycle of Omni Channel Inbound/Outbound Pega Marketing Strategies to fulfill the complex business requirements of improving the overall customer engagement; Building highly available Data flows/ Event strategies to carry out data intensive tasks such as high spend activities, and abandoning the shopping cart; Utilizing Pega simulations tools including Audience Simulation, Bias detector, Value finder, Scenario Planner, and Customer Profile Viewer to tap in opportunities to better serve the Customers; Building AI/ML models using Pega templates; and Building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline and integrating the applications with Splunk for application health monitoring, data visualizing and real time security/performance alerts. 40 hrs./wk.
