Job Title : Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Project specialist

Product & Component Operations under Supply Chain org is the operations engine that transforms engineering innovation into products and solutions at scale to deliver margin, quality, and deliver outcomes to customers. We launch products using competitive operational solutions and optimized processes and we focus on cost, quality, and delivery. We also enable the end-to-end processes and systems required to scale and operate the vertically-integrated silicon and optics component models.

Your Impact

Towork cross-functionally to ensure the development and deployment of a supply chain strategy that meets the NPI/Sustenance project's quality, cost and delivery requirements.

• Drive Hardware & Software supply chain readiness for (NPI)
• Use new monetization models and the NPI requirements for Supply Chain enablement to set up NPI Programs

• Drive supply chain strategy and overall cost management for NPI
• Execute against risk management between proto and FCS (First Customer Shipment)

Minimum Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points -these should be clearly defined, objective, non-comparative, relevant, and quantifiable to appropriately evaluate applicants – not including soft skills):

• Bachelors or Masters degree with Engineering or related field with 2-3 years of experience.

• Understanding all elements of product cost including SW; validates supplier quotes and forward costing; able to articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities.

• Strong global program/project management background, including engagement with multiple geographic theaters.

• Understanding supply chain from sourcing to costing (identify accurate vendors, identify risk, lifecycle, licensing schemes) to influence supplier selection for NPI

Supply Chain, Sourcing, Material Management, Management, Cost Perfection, Risk Management Knowledge of NPI methodologies to support NPI programs

Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points:these can include soft skills)

• Strong communication and influencing skills, including experience communicating and influencing with cross-functional team
• Strong written and verbal and Presentation skill

Ability to use data analytic tools (eg. Smartsheet, Tableau) to develop real time views, analyze cost, spend, ramp, risk and communicate/develop conclusions and recommendations based on data.
