Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary project manager for all eDiscovery matters.
  • Administer the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and seamless delivery of eDiscovery services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and processing of legal requests.
  • Leverage innovative technology to support data and device collections, processing, and analysis.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire eDiscovery process.


Required Skills/Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the entire EDRM lifecycle. Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator, ACEDS, CDFE, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Proficient knowledge of Relativity and familiarity with a range of eDiscovery and forensic software (e.g., Nuix, Cellebrite, Google Vault, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of data collection, data storage, and chain of custody standard methodologies.
  • Familiarity with system administration on macOS, Microsoft Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems, and mobile device management (Android, iOS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to independently manage and report on tasks.
  • Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Highly adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities and time lines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of legal concepts and procedures related to eDiscovery.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Previous experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, or eDiscovery vendor environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in a related field
