Planning, Monitoring &Control
-Planning - Need to do planning for the schedule, Billing plan, revenue plan .Need to do this planning in profit / Planview Tool as well as for monthlyoperation review. Review responsibilities Cross-functional deliverysupport '- Work with Life Cycle Solutions and Services organization to ensure thatprojects are properly closed out. Sales support Risk Assessment &compliance
Preparation of R & O in prescribed format at the beginning of the Projectand update it on monthly basis. Communicate the updated R & O to all stakeholders on monthly basis.
'-Anticipate timely on important potential risks (technical or other) andhighlight to all stake holders on timely manner.
'- Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, andopportunities are realized. - Managing the process of scope definition andchange control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scopevariations (change orders). Ensuring the timely receipt of change orders forthe changes taken place in Project during course of execution. Complying to SEAand guidelines issued by top management time to time for cost incurrence forthe changes before receipt of change order as well as for booking of changeorders.
Continuous improvement
People Experience: Must have good understanding offinancials and commercial Acumen. Exposure/experience in working withautomation OEM would be preferred. Education
BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics & communications)
PMP is preferred
MBA would be an added advantage.BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics & communications)
