Plan calls schedule to cover most practitioners in responsible area with efficient time allocation for supervisor’s approval.
Develop new accounts actively; follow up with existing accounts on regular basis; build up good relations and rapport with doctors.
Achieve and exceed sales target as set by direct superior.
Collect and share market intelligence on activities and information about competitive products, including promotional activity, product launch, price preparation and etc.
Arrange and participate in medical meetings, health seminars and other related promotional activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare market as well as local patient trends.
Ensure all activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and Company standards.
Minimum 2 year experience, preferably in sales
Field experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Good selling skills and product knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
Positive mind-set and self-motivated
Enthusiasm, team spirit and result-oriented
