Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing with cloud platforms such as: Azure, Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, etc.
  • 2+ years of technical lead experience in a DevOps team.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:  Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Experience working in the Cybersecurity domain.
  • Experience in Web Application Development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Experience in Web Frontend Framework such as: React, Vue, Angular, etc.
  • Experience in Web Frontend Infrastructure such as: K8s, App Services, Apache, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and grow a world-class team of software engineers with care.
  • Support customers and live site in a DevOps model.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, security, quality.
  • Partner with product management, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects and ship products in rapid, iterative cycles.
