Job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical efforts, providing analytical, reporting, communications, and change management support for Equities Operations.
- Partner with Business, Tech, and Ops leads to create a coordinated strategy and investment plan, supporting the business and achieving stated goals.
- Leverage the latest digital tools and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau, to enhance transformation processes and develop scalable, leading-edge solutions.
- Design and document organizational and operational processes to support program execution.

- Extensive project/program management experience.
- Strong product knowledge and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management.
- Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
