Job Summary

As a Trade Operations Specialist within the Global Operations Team, you will ensure accurate trade processing and settlements. You will manage exceptions and breaks, providing timely resolutions and updates. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct start-of-day process checks and escalate issues.
• Validate and approve trades efficiently.
• Monitor exceptions and resolve promptly.
• Manage breaks and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Review and update processes independently.
• Understand bank loan and private placements trade processing.
• Reconcile cash and positions accurately.
• Report to various stakeholders effectively.
• Manage mailbox and respond to queries.
• Report daily KPIs and metrics.
• Work flexibly during US hours.
