What the Candidate Will Do
- Serve multiple roles: sales strategist, manager, lead generator, and sales representative. Be an advocate for Uber for Business growth and strategy in the region.
- Construct, forecast, and manage a robust sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM. Achieve assigned sales quotas and deliver measurable results for the business.
- Identify customer needs, understand business drivers, and leverage Uber’s value proposition to achieve mutual goals. Conduct high-level meetings with C-suite executives to align on partnership goals and drive account acquisition/expansion.
- Execute short-term initiatives while building a foundation for sustained, long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and share best practices globally.
What the Candidate Will Need
- Minimum 10 years of B2B/B2B2C sales experience in a client-facing function. At least 3 years of sales management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills alongwith analytical abilities to forecast business trends and develop actionable insights. Problem-solving skills to address challenges in behavior change, technology adoption, and scaling growth.
- Executive presence and proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Proven leadership with a track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to address diverse customer needs. Data-driven decision-making to improve sales processes and strategies.
