What the Candidate Will Do

  1. Serve multiple roles: sales strategist, manager, lead generator, and sales representative. Be an advocate for Uber for Business growth and strategy in the region.
  2. Construct, forecast, and manage a robust sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM. Achieve assigned sales quotas and deliver measurable results for the business.
  3. Identify customer needs, understand business drivers, and leverage Uber’s value proposition to achieve mutual goals. Conduct high-level meetings with C-suite executives to align on partnership goals and drive account acquisition/expansion.
  4. Execute short-term initiatives while building a foundation for sustained, long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and share best practices globally.

What the Candidate Will Need

  1. Minimum 10 years of B2B/B2B2C sales experience in a client-facing function. At least 3 years of sales management experience.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills alongwith analytical abilities to forecast business trends and develop actionable insights. Problem-solving skills to address challenges in behavior change, technology adoption, and scaling growth.
  3. Executive presence and proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Proven leadership with a track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to address diverse customer needs. Data-driven decision-making to improve sales processes and strategies.
