Pre-Season Merchandise Planning
- Execute category buying within the given Open-To-Buy according to buying strategy, financial target, and historical analysis
- Supporthistorical analysis and prepare pre-season buying guideline
- Build assortment plans by store format and clusters based on market RA, local needs & calendar
- Combines/validates category assortment plans from BUs, and finalizes into a holistic, full store format assortment plan (width)
- Output all assortment plans for all store formats factoring regionalization needs.
- Integrate VM, OCM upfront into assortment building process and support VM plan
- Depth planning: Develop the right assortment by channel or store format and support to determine appropriate order depth
- Support Retail forecast as considering demand and inventory
- Follow GTM process and support quarterly trade meeting for entire DTC channels
- Gather sales trends, market insight or requirements to share with supervisors
- Size analysis
Process and In-Season merchandising management
- Handover process to In-season team for trading (initial dispatch to replenishment)
- Analyse in season performance tracking reports
- Support analysis to develop mark down strategy and mark-down & clearance process
- Support supervisor to track repeat or Spot plan on Speed articles (NOOS, PR)
Post-Season Review
- Prepare and support analysis and documentation for post-season review
- Support seasonal deep dive analysis for supervisor to develop action steps for next season

equisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail merchandising, buying, product or retails sales related field
