- Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates
- 5+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products specialized in improving search relevance
- Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
- Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+)
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
- Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence
- BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent
- 3+ years experience leading cross-functional projects in on-device technologies and/or APIs.
