What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’sdegree or 5+ years of applicable professional experience with proven trackrecord to meet and exceed goals, or equivalent
  • Self-startingentrepreneur with exceptional management and coaching skills
  • Dedicatedand ethical approach to sales and sales operations
  • Abilityto develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trustedpartner
  • Excellenttime-management and written and verbal communication skills and abilityto work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
  • Valid driver's license required and ability to obtainappropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities.
