What You'll Do
-Queue management - help manage scheduling and priorities to make sure the queue stays under control at all times
-Quality management - facilitating QA and close-the-loop talks
-Track the progress of projects and initiatives, understand dependencies, communicate status to senior leadership and stakeholders, facilitate and coordinate schedules for meetings either locally or across sites
-Design and coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives in the assigned work areas.
-Help to execute Efficiency and KRK COE FMS roadmap.
What You'll Need
- Interest in people management and operational fields, experience in people management will be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Outstanding communication skills. Your communication style is flexible to the situation. From communicating updates to your team to discussing metrics with key partners, or making pitches to management, you communicate clearly and with a purpose
