DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Analyze business requirements to understand business needs and to determine how systems and applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Lead the build out of self-directed application components of the product roadmap and feature set with a focus on ensuring JPMorgan stays on the leading edge of digital capabilities. Groom technical stories and specifications for the target-state system by combining what the business wants with the current-state system logic and design. Serve as the primary liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development, UX (User Experience) Design, and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle. Strategize with the business for the optimization of system processes. Identify efficiencies and ways to improve business as usual design and system flow. Recommend business priorities and advise business on options, risks, and costs. Schedule and lead requirements and sessions with stakeholders. Gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases in user stories. Analyze impact of proposed solutions across the business and develop use cases to demonstrate the business requirements to the technology teams. Understand service contracts, Application Programming Interfaces and integration into UX environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: writing SQL and PL/SQL queries to retrieve data and perform data analysis; technical business systems analysis; working in financial or banking institutions; markets and trading systems including Financial markets and Equities, Options, Fixed Income, and Mutual Fund trading; gathering and analyzing Business and Data Requirements across multiple applications and technologies throughout the full SDLC of projects; collaboration tools such as JIRA or Confluence; Agile Scrum methodology; business process reengineering; business modeling concepts; business systems development and analysis.
Full-Time. Salary: $168,400.00-$200,000.00 per year.
