As a QAE for Amazon Photos, you’ll collaborate with Developers, Software Developers in Test (SDET's), QAE’s, QA managers (QAM’s), Software Development Engineers (SDE's), Product managers and Technical program managers and earn their trust with a dedication to team work, delivery, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners). You will bring technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals and practical experience building scalable software test infrastructure consisting of manual testing, test automation, mobile & devices testing, functional and non-functional test requirements. Key job responsibilities
- You’ll build and maintain test infrastructure for a multi-platform (mobile, web, Alexa) product that will be used to validate all aspects of the product.
- Work alongside other Quality assurance engineers (QAE’s) to design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans and manual test cases to validate new features.
- Strategize testing and automation areas, which involves Mobile UI and Devices test validation for the multi-platform product working with QAE's and SDET's to meet the program goals. - Leverage the existing automation framework to design, create and maintain an automated test suite and also work closely with SDET's to evolve the automation framework and coverage.

- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)

- Experience in API & Mobile testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent
- Advanced writing and spoken English proficiency
