• This role requires high level of attention to detail and organization. This individual will have several bid management system requests to track and maintain.
• This role requires use of our bid management system and several reports to implement and enter requests in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for communicating supply responses and entering the customer responses in a timely manner.
• Some of the bid management activities the individual will be responsible for include: entering requests, communicating supply responses, updating requests and closing out requests.
• Some light reporting would be required such as compiling weekly customer awards.
• This role requires cross-functional communication and coordination with the Field Sales team, Pricing team, Customers Operations, Demand Analytics, and Strategic Marketing.
• Utilize pre-defined pricing strategy to create offer price recommendations to non-strategic customers.
• Systems that will be used: PriceRight, Qlik

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
• Understanding of generic pharmaceutical supplier and/or purchaser business model, business terms, payment/billing/accrual processes.
• 1+ years experience in generic pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in pricing, sales, marketing and/or finance
• Bachelor’s degree required Business, Science or related field (Preferably in Business, Science or related field)
• Strong Excel knowledge preferred, also experience with Word and PowerPoint
• SAP knowledge preferred
