Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 4+ years experience as a practicing attorney
- OR equivalent experience.
- Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience practicing employment and/or labor law in the U.S.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Experience litigating employment claims in court, agency hearings, and/or arbitrations in the U.S.;
- Experience handling agency charges and investigations and pre-litigation disputes in the U.S.;
- Experience advising corporate clients regarding employment and/or labor law topics in the U.S.;
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities, and exercise good judgment in making swift decisions with imperfect information;
- Experience contributing to the development of programs to deliver legal services at scale; and
- Unyielding commitment to the highest professional ethics.
