Job Description:

Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between organizations. Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process related to trade finance products, services, and technology solutions. Experienced senior professional and mid-level contributor able to work with senior leaders and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible item
  • Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable
  • Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners
  • Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries
  • Utilize the various bank systems to support clients’ requests
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding of clients to the Trade platform so that these clients are eligible for standard Trade products and Supply Chain Finance programs
  • Overseeing all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of global trade business
  • Ability to manage timelines, display sound judgment, and identify points for escalation
  • Collaborative, experienced in working with business partners to achieve goals and successfully complete projects and initiatives
  • Project and/or Project Management skills
