Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience working in a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management role
- Hands-on knowledge of various SAP solutions, and application in an e-commerce business
- 5+ years UAT/QC/Quality transactional testing experience of SAP within an e-commerce business (preferably S4-HANA platform) along with experience leading a result oriented team
- BE / B.Tech degree in a technical field, or 12+ years relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience of a UAT/QA organization
- 5+ years of exposure to, and demonstrated capability of quickly understanding complex integrated systems.
- UAT/PVT testing experience in an SAP migration program (S4)
- Experienced with Test Automation capabilities, toolsets, scripting processes
- Possesses a detailed and thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Is detail oriented, exhibits a high degree of technical proficiency, and demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Uses data to build cases and stories defining risk and opportunities
- Sees around corners, identifies potential areas of concern, has a sense of urgency, and can rally teams to review and mitigate risk in a program.
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with partner teams and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Demonstrates good facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exhibits a genuine passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience presenting and communicating across all levels of an organization, including Sr. Leadership
- Communicates with clarity, both written and verbally.
- Experience attracting and retaining high performing talent, and building team culture
