Delivery process: You take over the customer as soon as the order has been placed and guide them through the delivery proces
Detail-oriented: You accompany customers who have made their purchase without prior interaction with Tesla by ensuring that all required documents are completed correctly and on time
Customer advice and support: You will communicate regularly with customers to set the right expectations and inform them about the current status of delivery deadlines, as well as clarify customer questions and concerns regarding the delivery process and find solutions to any problems that arise
Plan and prepare: You will coordinate with other members of the Tesla team, including the Delivery Experience team and the service team, on a daily basis to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
Completion and handover: Your daily priority is to perform vehicle handovers and ensure that all customers are happy with their delivery and that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Success-oriented: Meeting or exceeding delivery targets and key performance indicators should motivate you every day
