Title: Sr. Software Engineer – Connectivity group

Job function: We are looking for a passionate and skilled software engineer to provide software engineering solutions for development projects in the Connectivity Group. The position will require you to work on multiple layers of the software stack, including user space and kernel space in different operating environments. The position will involve debugging in different software environments and on hardware.

Skills/experience:. 1-3 years’ experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, (JAVA is an added advantage) with strong Operating systems knowledge and working experience to device drivers in any OS environment and Good debugging skills.

Preferred skills:

Any experience in developing upstream/opensource projects

Attention to detail and follow-through

Verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Android OS and any exposure to WLAN technologies is an added advantage

Experience in lower layer driver development and integration

Responsibilities: As part of NFC team, would be developing S/W to enable NFC HW in Qualcomm Platforms. Develop Drivers, integrate firmware and middleware and validate the NFC features across various Chipsets and Android Platforms.

Education requirements:

: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electronics and Communications or Computer Sciences.

:Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or Electronics and Communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
