We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Portfolio and Product Manager to join Global CCaSS Technology & Innovation team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of digital products and solutions designed to drive sustainable outcomes for our clients. Working within a dynamic environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge digital tools that address environmental, social, and governance challenges. Your expertise will bridge technology and sustainability, ensuring our offerings align with client needs, industry trends, and global sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of digital products focused on sustainability, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
- Product Development: support CCaSS Solution Leaders and product teams in definition of product vision, roadmaps, and requirements, ensuring solutions align with EY architectural and design principles
- Collaboration: Work with CCaSS client-service teams from across the globe, and other Assurance/ xSL teams , to identify opportunities, and translate their needs into actionable digital strategies and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with designers, developers, and data analysts to deliver high-impact, user-centric products, leveraging latest digital innovations including AI. Also working closely with EY, Global CCaSS, and Solution leadership to ensure strategic alignment (& input)
- Market Insights: Conduct research on emerging technologies, sustainability technology trends, and competitor offerings to keep the portfolio innovative and competitive. Collaborate with EY Digital and AI leadership teams to leverage EY’s investments in digital innovation to support Sustainability and CCaSS market needs.
- Strategy: Define and refresh strategy in two dimensions: 1) CCaSS overarching digital strategy; 2) specific, Solution/ Geography focused strategies
- Innovation: refresh and establish a sustainability technology innovation workstream; from client start up treks and 90d experiments, to internal technology experiments (e.g. Agentic AI)
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure product success, including sustainability impact, user adoption, and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of analytical, technology, consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience in product or portfolio management
- Proven track record of delivering digital products or services – ideally with some sustainability experience or tangible curiousity
- Strong understanding of digital tools (e.g., SaaS platforms, data analytics, IoT) – ideally with some sustainability experience or tangible curiousity
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and leadership
- Passion for both technology and sustainability; with a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact
- Definition and implementation of digital strategies
- Curiosity, empathy, and ability to learn/ adapt quickly
- Strong stakeholder (Partner level) management skills and experiences; focus on influence, engagement, and commercialmindset

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
