Responsibilities include:

• Intraday support for derivatives products to Trading and Sales teams, review accuracy booking and follow a strong control framework.
• Reconciliation for external electronic platforms and clearing houses.
• Investigation and resolution of queries across different teams.
• Works closely and communicates effectively with all teams in the Markets Business and Derivative Operations – Trading and Sales desks, Abroad Middle Offices, Product Control, Financial Control, Back Office, Regulatory Report and Reference data teams.
• Analyses and challenges current processes to identify and implement process / control improvements.
• Focuses on controls and risk to ensure the team is operating at the highest compliant standard within JPM and Industry rules and regulations.
• Involves in Operational and Business projects.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Derivatives Operations within the banking industry.
• Flexible approach to work, adaptable to change with a consistently positive and resilient attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills to resolve complex and nuanced issues.
• Motivated and inquisitive mindset to learn in-depth the Business’ products, bespoke systems, and operational processes.
• Extremely diligent and highly attentive to detail to ensure risk is mitigated and payments are processed accurately.
• Builds strong networks and collaborates with a diverse set of stakeholders to navigate the Bank, provide business solutions, and deliver on project work.
• Initiative to relentlessly drive greater operational efficiency, positive change, and the best possible service.
