In this entry level position, you will be required to engage in various assistive tasks to our team of Project managers and field support engineers. With time you will be able to grow to multiple directions which can include, PMO activities, project management activities or technical activities, Based on the growing needs of the Cognyte operations in APAC.

In that intern positions, you’ll will be required to:

• Gain exposure to technical aspects of the Cognyte product portfolio and company’s technologies, project management methodology and internal processes.
• Assist project managers and service managers in coordinating project/service activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and updating project/service plans.
• Maintain and update project/service documentation, including plans, reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Ensuring that everyone is informed of project/service progress and any issues that arise.
• Monitor project/service progress, follow-ups and prepare regular status reports for project managers/service manager and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing lessons learned, feedback and suggestions for more efficiency.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule. Help schedule and organize project meetings and workshops.

Your toolbox

• Pursuing final year/semester or completed Degree (Freshers)- in engineering or equivalent.
• Engineering with Management studies could be an advantage.
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Thai nationality- mandatory
• Ability to travel abroad from few times a year (not more than 10% of the time)
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Technical knowledge on Telecommunication products and IT is a great advantage.
