About the Role
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to manage user experience in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to: analyze problems and scope opportunities, propose solutions, and work cross-functionally to execute them to deliver our mission of providing a dependable user experience.
The main area of focus for this role is to, before, during, and after a trip to drive user retention.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Ops and Product teams across the LatAm region to find opportunities and ideate solutions to improve our rider experience
- Take big-picture problems and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes
- Leverage strong analytical and implementation skills to make project plans a reality
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly
- Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context to minimize the materialization of issues
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment
What you’ll need

- At least three years of professional experience
- Data-Driven Mentality : Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Communication : [ Portuguese or Spanish ] and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
