What you´ll do
The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:
Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cases
Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations
Guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end to end
Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
Resolve complex and moderate issues without clear guidelines and practises
Work is independent and collaborative in nature
Coordinate colleagues under defined process/region
Participation in projects and process improvements
Preparation of process documentations / working instructions
What you bring
Successfully completed University Degree in Finance/Economics area (preferred)
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to work under pressure and multitask,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent written and spoken English and French or Italian as advantage
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
Excellent "Customer Focus" approach - strong follow-up skills
Proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
