- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree.
- Experience in advising senior leaders on strategy, organization, and operations topics.
- Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope, build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills, with the ability to distill insights from data and present actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, people management and presentation skills.
