Lead the Salesforce project team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client expectations and business requirements.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on lending and loan origination processes.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce features.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Conduct code reviews and ensure that the Salesforce platform's capabilities are fully leveraged.
Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to define and refine the overall system architecture.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from initial concept through to deployment and support.
Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on financial services.
Proven experience with lending and loan origination systems and processes.
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Experience with integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
