Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Architects, DevOps Engineers, site operations, product executives, and Offering Managers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary squad environment.

• Employee Engagement:Drive developer and employee engagement through customized programs and initiatives to create an engaging and exciting workplace.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technical/Product & PM Tools knowledge: Salesforce Sales Cloud; MS Project, Jira, Mural, etc.

• Software Development Experience:Must have a background in software development or support to effectively drive engaging developer enrichment programs.

• Employee Engagement:Experience in employee engagement and event management to foster a positive work environment.

• Project Management Experience:Applied project management experience managing large multidisciplinary and highly visible projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous Project Management experience
• Technical Development experience
• Demonstrated client interaction and excellent communication skills; both (written and verbal)
• Customer Support Experience:Ability to manage internal event and site deliverables while maximizing satisfaction, particularly when not all needs are met.
