Join the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team, where you'll be instrumental in developing and overseeing firmwide programs that ensure effective use of third parties and inter-affiliates to achieve JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals. You'll help build program awareness, ensure global consistency, understand and disseminate regulatory requirements, and report to regulators. As a Senior Associate, you'll report to the APAC CTPO Regional Governance Lead, assisting in regional examination, regulatory support, and execution of critical Regional program objectives.

As a Regional Corporate Third Party Oversight Governance, Senior Associate within the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team, you will be responsible for supporting audit requirements, regulatory reviews, and regional projects. You will also assist in the preparation of materials for management meetings and lead meetings with key SMEs in the region. Your role is crucial in ensuring our third parties are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support audit requirements as directed by the APAC CTPO Regional Governance lead, in conjunction with the business, Oversight Operations, Supplier Assurance Services (SAS), project or location teams.
  • Support regulatory reviews on outsourcing as directed by the APAC CTPO Regional Governance Lead.
  • Support the APAC CTPO Regional Governance Lead in preparation of supporting materials for management meetings, scoping of regional needs including local regulatory requirements, regional variances and identify any regional gaps in processes, tools, etc.
  • Lead meetings with key SMEs in the region and provide follow-ups to support the APAC CTPO Regional Governance Lead.
  • Support and lead APAC projects (on global working groups) , including but not limited to regional implementation of strategic tools, Pilots & End to End

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in one or more of the following: Outsourcing regulations and outsourcing governance, Managing audits and regulatory reviews, and Managing Third Party Risk
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline required
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English to support the firm’s Operations, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles
  • Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships and partner closely with related functions (Sourcing, Legal & Compliance, Audit, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and effective program
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
