UX Designer II

You are responsible for:

• Conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research, supported by low-fidelity prototypes or design concepts.

• Prioritizing user-centricity in all design choices, addressing user needs and business goals to deliver safe, intuitive, and delightful user experiences, to be able to create appealing and safe UX and UI designs that help users to achieve their goals in the most intuitive and elegant manner, based on daily routines and workflows.

• Collaborate with key functions and stakeholders such as: marketing, domain experts, usability experts, and software engineering.

• Good understanding of industry standards and best practices, technology and development processes, and support improving design system.

• Creating and maintaining standard design documentation and guidelines.

• Engaging with design and business teams in person in our Bangalore office through hybrid working.

You're the right fit if:

Experience & Education

• You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience design, preferably in the health tech industry.

• You have experience with Figma, Sketch, and similar design and prototyping tools.

• You are familiar with agile development processes.

Skills

• You have professional training and knowledge in specific competence area and can apply that in the context of a given assignment.

• You have good teamwork skills and able to clearly communicate and defend a point of view.

• You demonstrate pro-active and collaborative attitude.

• You are able to apply analysis skills to understand the problem, define an approach and apply diverging problem-solving skills.

• You are able to question assumptions and apply innovative thinking from a User Experience perspective.

• You can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• You have proficiency in both written and spoken English.
