Key job responsibilities
- Define and provide feedback to design of Graviton servers and server components
- Work with design partners and manufacturer sites to enable the manufacturing of the Graviton server
- Review, identify and qualify second source electrical components to enable continuity of supply
- Continuously assess process capabilities and innovate to simplify processes, reduce cost, and shorten cycle time of Graviton server development and manufacturing

Work/Life Balance

- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 year experience leading hardware products from design to mass production: life cycle, components selection, schematic/ layout/ thermal/ mechanical design/ review, hardware-software interfaces, production testing.
- At least 10 years’ experience in high speed board design and practical hardware lab.
- Design/lab experience at least at one of the following interfaces: DDR4/5, PCIE Gen3/4/5, 100/25/10GbE, SATA3; practical experience with high speed lab equipment.
- Willing to travel 3-4 times a year, 1 week duration.
- Practical experience with Bash/Python scripts.
