Security technology development plays an increasingly larger role in CSIS. The needs of the security staff are becoming more technically complex and support and development of these capabilities are essential to ensure we maintain the high level of service we provide to Citi.
What you’ll do
- Support implementation of all security access control and surveillance and alarm systems in Citi compliant way:
Contribute to security implementation projects
Ensure implementation and setup of Access control, video surveillance and alarm systems is conducted in compliance with Citi IT policies and standards and relevant policies in CSIS
Assist security system consolidation, remediation and standardization project
Provide technical support to Security Program and Project managers during projects
Contribute to the design of tech rooms from CSIS perspective during new projects
Support the Information Security Officer and the Risk and Control team
Work as CSIS/security representative in projects with Security Engineering (formerly CATE) on bringing in access control software to compatibility with Citi network specifications
Support in-country based security managers in connecting security systems to Citi network, including management of firewall rules, interaction with global and regional network teams
What we’ll need from you
Bachelor’s/Universitydegree
5+ years of experience in Information and Data Security
Understanding of network design techniques (intranet, LAN, VLAN etc.)
Database management basics
Identity and Access management knowledge
Change management knowledge
Basic project managementknowledge/certification
Affinity for new technology implementation
Fluent English language skills
