Inventory Audit ( Cost Inventory and Annual Inventory )
Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enhance productivity.
- Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Track and report sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance metrics.
Manage Associates:
- Oversee team members’ performance, workload distribution, and professional growth.
- Ensure alignment of team objectives with business goals.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and support career development.
Work with Business & Product Teams:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and product roadmaps.
- Communicate team progress, challenges, and dependencies to ensure transparency.
- Align development efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
Develop Associates:
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and career progression.
- Provide training opportunities and promote a culture of learning.
- Encourage innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the team.
People & Team Management – Experience in managing associates, fostering engagement, and driving a high-performing culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
